Cancellation Policy
LawnLuxe Lawn Care Subscription – Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all LawnLuxe subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to the following: 1. Service Inclusions The subscription covers the services listed in your chosen plan (Basic, Standard, or Comprehensive). Services may include mowing, edging, fertilisation, weed control, aeration, detaching, pest treatment, hedge trimming, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups, depending on your subscription level. Any services not listed in your plan can be requested separately and may incur additional charges. 2. Service Scheduling LawnLuxe will schedule services at regular intervals based on your plan. Appointment dates may vary due to weather conditions or operational needs. If rescheduling is required, LawnLuxe will provide notice and arrange the next available date. Access to the property must be provided on the scheduled service day. If our team cannot access the property, the service may be forfeited, and no refund will be given. 3. Payment & Subscription Terms Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the chosen payment option. Payment is required in advance of services. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Subscriptions may be cancelled by providing 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for services already delivered or for unused portions of the subscription. LawnLuxe reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time due to non-payment, unsafe site conditions, or breach of these T&Cs. 5. Client Responsibilities The client must ensure the property is free from obstacles, pets, and hazards on service days. Any irrigation systems, gates, or access points must be in working order. LawnLuxe is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects (e.g., hoses, toys, rocks) left on the lawn. 6. Lawn Health & Results LawnLuxe provides professional care and uses industry best practices. However, lawn health may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., soil conditions, weather, water restrictions, pests). Results may vary depending on property conditions and client maintenance between visits. 7. Liability LawnLuxe is fully insured. While we take care to avoid damage, we are not liable for: Pre-existing lawn or property issues Damage caused by inadequate watering, poor soil, or external factors outside our service.
